Claims Systems Analyst
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Michigan is seeking a Claims Systems Analyst to ensure efficient processing of claims through their systems. The role involves acting as a resource for claims processing, assisting with verification of policy coverage, and leading claim-related projects. Responsibilities Act as Help Desk support for the entire Claim Division as it relates to claim processing systems, tax reporting, problem reporting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Mobius, Internet and e-mail, as well as divisional equipment Verify claim source documents on claim registers to ensure proper processing Balance reports between ClaimCenter and PMSC to ensure systems are reporting correctly. Investigate and correct any out-of-balance situations between ClaimCenter and PMSC.
