Trustee Services Group LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relationship Specialist to join their team. This role is dedicated to supporting clients who are incapacitated or experiencing incapacity by collaboratively working with the existing TSG team to serve as their trustee or financial power of attorney. Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, their families, and professional advisors Manage client financial affairs with integrity, transparency, and compliance Coordinate and facilitate communication to ensure seamless decision-making Monitor and oversee financial transactions, investments, and estate planning activities Provide empathetic support and guidance during sensitive life transitions Meet with prospective clients in-person in our Colorado Springs or Denver offices, or via Zoom or phone Educate prospective clients and professional advisors on the TSG serves and the TSG process when serving an individual who is incapacitated Review legal documents to ensure TSG has been named correctly Attend weekly staff meetings Administrative work related to Charitable Remainder Trusts and Pooled Income Funds Support other team members with projects and duties, as needed Skills Experience working with incapacitated clients and their families, or in trust/estate administration is preferred A strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors (legal, financial and tax) Must be able to work independently Attention to Detail: Precision in managing legal documents, financial records, and client communications Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Coachability: Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement Integrity: upholds confidentiality and performs duties with honesty Microsoft Office Suite: especially Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and documentation Document Management Systems: Familiarity with digital filing and compliance tracking tools Understanding of taxes and financial planning/investments is a plus Benefits Health, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement saving plan with employer match Company Overview Trustee Services Group offers trustee, estate, consulting, and family philanthropy services.
