Clinical Program Consultant

Design and implement clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission of improving the lives of our members. Conduct research and analysis to identify the needs and gaps in current clinical programs and develop strategies to address them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare innovation to continuously improve our programs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to support the success of our programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure adherence to program goals and objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical program development, implementation, and evaluation. Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of program processes, outcomes, and metrics. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve shared goals.
