FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Clinical Quality Improvement Coord (RN) performs Quality Management and Quality Improvement activities in accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements, MHS guidelines and policies, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards. Coordinates and participates in opportunities for improvement both internally and externally. Works effectively with providers, care teams in both MultiCare Health System and MultiCare Connected Care, within Puget Sound and the Inland Northwest. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS) • BLS certification • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting • One (1) year of Population Health, Quality management/quality improvement experience Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $101,650.00 - $180,731.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
