Clinician Recruiter | REMOTE non-clinical role for speech, occupational or physical therapist
BIG NEWS! We went through a growth spurt in the fall, and we're gearing up to welcome another clinician starting in January/February 2026. This is a unique opportunity for a pediatric speech, occupational or physical therapist to work a 100% remote full or part time position with our internal team. Read more below. • MUST BE AN ARIZONA RESIDENT!* Looking for a non-clinical role? When we launched in 2023, we had no idea how quickly we'd gain traction with private practice owners. But as the months have passed, our amazing clients have become our best referrals for business. Although we're not totally surprised at the positive response we've gotten...we need more hands on deck! We've got our systems in place and are ready for another influx of clients in the new year. This is a unique opportunity for clinicians who are natural networkers to step into a non-clinical role while still remaining in the therapy world. Although this is a remote-first position, we're looking for candidates who live in the Phoenix valley since we're placing a high priority on in-person teambuilding & strategy sessions while we grow. The deets: • Full-time preferred. Part time candidates must be available at least 25 hours/week T-F. • W2 Salary + Commission • On Target Earnings (OTE) for full-time: $80-$130k+/year Responsibilities: • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of our recruitment process using our existing tech stack. • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of each client • Assist with job postings and sourcing candidates through various outreach methods • Screen applications and select qualified candidates. • Schedule interviews, create candidate profiles & collect references Key qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience as a Masters/Doctorate level pediatric speech, occupational or physical therapist. • Must LOVE networking and meeting new clinicians and clients (virtually of course!) You HAVE to be a "people person" for this role! • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to learn and implement new sourcing recruitment strategies for a wide variety of pediatric therapy roles across the US. • Proactive and independent. Must work efficiently from home. • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. • Ability to quickly learn our applicant tracking software and other recruitment systems.
