The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure, as well as experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions and architectures.Duties and Responsibilities include:Regular monitoring and evaluating advanced solutions and functions of Microsoft cloud environments to ensure applications and functions security, data governance, and complianceResponsible for development, organization, and resiliency of continual running Azure workloadsWork within a team to provide second level support for issues within Azure Gov Cloud client environmentsAct as a level 4 escalation point for the support team for Azure and Office 365 support issuesCreate well informed documentation of processesOffer thought leadership and guidance in cloud infrastructure improvement, management, and movement techniques on cloud platform technology, use, and designIdentify top cloud architecture solutions that impact the strategic direction of both the client and Summit 7 organizationDevelop and maintain relationships with team members, company stakeholders, and client teamsOther duties as assignedRequired Job SpecificationsAbility pass an extensive background checkBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or other related technical field3-5 years experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable critical production infrastructure in the Azure CloudProficiency in DNS, Active Directory, Intune, Azure Active DirectoryExperience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and Azure FirewallKnowledge of programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, .NETKnowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.Resolute dedication to unparalleled customer service is a must.Optional/Desired QualificationsExperience with Office 365 GCC high, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53Knowledge of Azure Government Having passed any of the following Microsoft Exams:Microsoft 365 MS-100.
