Key Responsibilities • Business Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive market penetration and growth. • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to scale our user base of fitness businesses. • Stakeholder Relations: Foster relationships with stakeholders, partners, and potential future investors. • Data-Informed Decision Making: Conduct market research and apply strong analytical skills to guide strategic planning and decision-making. • Team Leadership: Work closely with the team to foster growth, innovation, and manage initial hires. Qualifications • Strong analytical and research skills to drive data-informed decisions and strategic planning • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively • Proven experience in sales and marketing to drive business growth and brand development • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically aligned individual to join us as a Co-Founder and Strategic Partner.
