The Role Own the content engine and the first loops of growth. You’ll script, shoot, edit, and publish (YouTube + shorts/reels), then distribute across X/Facebook/Instagram/Discord/email, run lightweight paid tests, and turn winners into repeatable playbooks. Requirements • 3–6+ years as content creator (video-first) with measurable growth outcomes • Proficient in scripting, filming, editing (Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci), thumbnails, YouTube SEO • Lifecycle basics: ESP, capture → welcome → activation flows; UTM/attribution hygiene • Comfortable with light paid tests (YT/TikTok/Meta), A/B creative, and landing-page iteration • Crypto/fintech familiarity a plus; strong copy; owner mindset First-90-Day Outcomes • Publish cadence: 1 YouTube long-form/week + 3–5 shorts; brand kit + thumbnail system • Distribution: 3–4 posts/week (X/Facebook/Instagram) + monthly/weekly newsletter; baseline CTR/retention targets • Lifecycle: capture → welcome → activation flows live; +20% activation vs. baseline • Lead growth: +1,000 qualified subscribers; first paid test with clear CAC/LTV targets • Analytics: dashboard for views→subs→trials→MRR; content scoring rubric • Playbooks: repeatable processes for ideation, production, distribution, and repurposing Compensation As a startup, the roadmap is sweat-equity first, then salary as revenue grows. Alongside equity, we use a stair-step compensation model—as MRR increases, base salaries step up (about $10k per milestone) and cap above $200k at scale. Equity at start: 0.5–2.0% (non-voting units/profits interests), 4-year vesting / 1-year cliff, ROFR + standard repurchase. First salary milestone: $35k MRR (≈1,200 subscribers). At this point, roles convert to W-2 payroll and base starts at $50k/year. Details (timing, steps, eligibility) are finalized in your offer letter under our Compensation Adjustment Framework (CAF). Before the first milestone, roles may start as contract-to-hire with part-time or full-time availability; payments begin once the milestone is met, then the role converts to W-2 payroll.
