You will be responsible for performing mechanical services, troubleshooting, and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Technical Services: Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards. Troubleshooting and Repair: Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, and perform repairs as needed. Equipment Maintenance: Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met, and that equipment is properly maintained and repaired. Flexibility: Be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed, and be flexible in responding to changing customer needs. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent degree/certification. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required. Technical Skills: A technical aptitude for repairing machines, particularly soft drink fountain equipment. Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Flexibility: Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience: Previous experience in a technical or customer support role. Technical Certifications: Certifications or training in equipment repair or maintenance. Customer Service Experience: Experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
