Who You Are • You’ve successfully guided many students through full application cycles and know what it takes to stand out in today’s admissions landscape. • You bring 10+ years of experience in college advising, admissions, or related educational roles. • You’re a clear communicator who builds trust with both students and parents. • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a virtual, professional environment. • You love helping students gain not just admission – but clarity, confidence, and direction. Preferred Qualifications • Experience mentoring or managing other advisors. • Familiarity with data-informed approaches to student growth and college placement. • A deep passion for education, lifelong learning, and empowering students to reach their full potential. Why Join Novella Prep? • Flexible, fully remote work that fits your schedule. • A collaborative team of experienced educators and advisors. • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a respected, expanding organization. • The chance to make a tangible impact on students’ lives while maintaining balance and independence.
