Henry Ford Health is seeking a motivated and talented intern for the Summer 2026 Intern Program within their Clinically Integrated Network. The internship provides practical experience in the healthcare and insurance sector, with responsibilities including conducting research, collaborating on projects, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, healthcare policies, and emerging technologies. Analyze data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects. Contribute innovative ideas and support the execution of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of healthcare-related data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, utilizing appropriate software tools and methodologies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer support activities. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Assist in the implementation of approved process improvement initiatives Create and maintain accurate documentation, including policies, procedures, and project-related materials. Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate project progress and outcomes Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support a positive and inclusive work environment.
