It all begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to join the Commercial Real Estate & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team. In this role, you will: • Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products • Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers • Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record • Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs • Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications • Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues • Provide guidance and training to peers • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Proficient in Loan IQ • Syndicated Lending Experience • Experience working with Participation, trades, and foreign loan originations • Knowledge of loan documentation; construction loan budget monitoring experience; and title work experience. • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts at the immediate and root-cause levels • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change • Good business communications skills and be recognized as someone who delivers extraordinary and superior customer service Job Expectations: • This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote • Candidate must be able to work Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm • Ability to work additional hours as needed Primary Posting Locations: • 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 Posting End Date: 10 Jan 2026 • Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
