Commercial Property Administrator (12 Month Contract)

As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will support a diverse portfolio of high-profile properties, building relationships with tenants and providing administrative support to ensure successful property management. Responsibilities Build relationships with tenants, providing solutions and acting as their first point of contact Draft communications to tenants such as memos, notices, letters, minutes and manuals Assist with the collections of tenant arrears, reconciliation of accounts and collection and reporting of Accounts Receivable Provide administrative support to assigned portfolio, with the preparation reports, data management, and reconciliation of tenant accounts Assist with the coordination of tenant move-ins/outs Skills One (1) year of experience in property management administration Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (i.e. rent collection, accounts receivable, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, building strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders Meticulous organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and superior attention to detail Responsive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, think critically and deliver on commitments within an expected timeframe Working knowledge of Yardi will be considered an asset Company Overview Bosa Properties is a real estate development company.
