Role Overview: As a Community Manager at Meetsta, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for growing and nurturing our community of users. You will engage with users, respond to their needs, gather feedback, and help shape the future of our platform. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement: • Actively engage with users on Meetsta, responding to comments, messages, and feedback. • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by addressing user concerns and moderating discussions. • Encourage user-generated content and participation in community initiatives. Content Creation and Curation: • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for Meetsta’s social media channels. • Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and growth. • Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and content creators to amplify our reach. User Support: • Provide exceptional support to users, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues. • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements. Analytics and Reporting: • Monitor and analyze community metrics to measure engagement, growth, and overall community health. • Prepare regular reports on community activities, feedback, and insights to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Experience: • Must be enrolled in a relevant BS or Masters degree at an accredited college/university. • Experience in community management, social media management, or a related field. • Proven track record of building and managing online communities. Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
