The Role: Healthcare Admissions and Sales Specialist As the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients, you'll play a vital role in guiding individuals through the admissions process and ensuring timely access to our care. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and compassion to drive success and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those seeking help. Key Responsibilities: Engage with new potential clients in a relational and compassionate manner, while performing in an achievement-oriented and fast-paced sales environment. Utilize a consultative selling approach to overcome objections and move potential clients forward in the admissions process. Sustain conversion rate performance at or above goal by effectively managing multiple points of entry for marketing qualified leads and tailoring messaging to various personas. Achieve targeted registration volume by employing motivational techniques that encourage new clients to take the next step in the process. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with prospective clients, referring providers, and concerned loved ones via live calls, voicemail, email, and fax. Accurately document work and efficiently navigate administrative details to ensure a seamless assessment scheduling experience. Foster strong relationships with key referring providers and demonstrate urgency when supporting these referrals. Share community resources with callers who are unable to access care at Accanto Health. Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, or equivalent experience. Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, preferably in healthcare sales. 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is desirable. Behavioral healthcare call center experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and families.
