Compensation Analyst
Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned co-op that values innovation and teamwork, and they are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. The analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation activities and programs, working closely with the Human Resources team to provide global compensation guidance and support. Responsibilities Conduct internal and external market analysis to determine competitive compensation trends and ensure that the organization's compensation practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations Responsible for compensation benchmarking in third party compensation platform Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation, including strong focus on pay transparency, pay equity, minimum wage, and FLSA Analyzes new positions and reclassification requests to appropriately determine job classification and FLSA exemption status Prepare and present reports on compensation data and trends to peers and management Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and managers to support, respond, and provide guidance on compensation-related issues Coordinate annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
