Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP HANA solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Lead and motivate a team of project resources, including cross-functional teams, to achieve project objectives. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals. Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with IBM and industry standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project. Continuously monitor and assess project performance, analyzing data and making recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, incorporating best practices into project management processes. Mentor and coach junior project managers, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP HANA, providing guidance and support to team members and clients as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery.
