Complex Sales Manager- Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista
About the position Responsibilities • Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts. • Represent the hotel in market segment development and foster new customer relationships while maintaining existing accounts. • Develop and implement business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel and market trends. • Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureaus, and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the hotel. • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for designated markets. • Maintain a current pipeline of business opportunities aligned with short- and long-term business goals. • Represent the hotel in customer interactions, including creating business proposals, conducting site inspections, and executing contracts. • Coordinate customer specifications via lead management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date in Delphi FDC. • Attend industry tradeshows and customer events to generate new business leads. • Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with clients and intermediaries. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Minimum of one year of hotel experience in guest contact areas; previous sales experience preferred. • Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes. • Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in hospitality sales or marketing. • Familiarity with Delphi FDC or similar lead management systems.
