Compliance Analyst BSA - Fintech

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst BSA - Fintech to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support our BSA, AML, and fraud monitoring programs, including hands on work with our growing fintech partnerships. Responsibilities • Support the Deputy BSA Officer in administering the bank’s BSA compliance program • Review and investigate BSA, Fraud, and Watchlist alerts • Prepare and review SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports • Perform enhanced due diligence on higher risk customers and accounts • Identify and escalate suspicious activity appropriately • Act as a liaison between nbkc bank and our fintech programs • Monitor daily and monthly reports for unusual or suspicious activity • Document investigations in accordance with regulatory recordkeeping requirements • Participate in data validation, transaction testing, and process improvement efforts • Collaborate with teammates to reduce risk and strengthen controls Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • 2 or more years of experience in a financial institution, with BSA or AML experience preferred • Working knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related regulations • Experience using AML monitoring systems and transaction review tools • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills • Clear and effective written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Nice-to-haves • Fintech experience is a plus Benefits • Hybrid @Flex work environment with office and home balance • People first, community focused culture • Meaningful work with real impact • Competitive benefits and strong work life balance • A team that values collaboration, growth, and your voice • Choose from one of our multiple comprehensive health care plans that best suits you and your family where you are in life right now.
