In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These tasks are essential for the successful planning and execution of construction projects. Duties and Responsibilities: First and foremost, you will be tasked with planning and scheduling these projects efficiently. This involves ensuring that timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate regularly with the project team. This fosters collaboration and enhances overall project performance. By contributing to the continuous improvement initiatives at Precision, you will play a crucial role. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness within our operations. Education: To qualify for this position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline. This educational foundation will provide you with the necessary knowledge to navigate the complexities of construction scheduling. Preferred Certifications: While not mandatory, obtaining a Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) certification is highly preferred. This certification will not only enhance your skills but also demonstrate your commitment to the field. Capabilities: In this fast-paced environment, strong technical and computer skills are essential. Excellent communication capabilities are also important. You will need to be proficient in programs such as Excel, Word, and various online conference software. Furthermore, while prior construction experience is a plus, a basic understanding of scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP) will also be advantageous.
