Content Creator

We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Content Creator to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing short-form video and visual content for social media platforms across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable on-site, enjoys capturing real-time content, and understands how to create engaging, brand-aligned visuals. This is an in-office position with frequent local content capture at client locations. Key Responsibilities • Capture and produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels • Assist with on-site content shoots for clients including events, businesses, and lifestyle content • Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms • Support social media production with photos, b-roll, and creative visuals • Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to execute monthly content strategies • Organize and upload content to shared drives and project management platforms • Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual quality across all client content • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform best practices Qualifications • Experience creating content for social media platforms • Strong understanding of short-form video trends and engagement strategies • Comfortable being on camera and directing others when needed • Basic video editing and photo editing skills • Reliable transportation and availability for local content shoots • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction • Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
