Content Creator and Social Media Manager -Roserock Social The primary responsibility of this position is to create content for and run multiple social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will also assist the Director of Marketing and Social Media Manager in various marketing and social media duties as needed. Core Responsibilities Responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position. • Creates content for multiple social media accounts (includes on-site photography and short form video creation). • Represents the client publicly, including on-camera for campaigns, interviews, and public speaking across all social media platforms. • Develops and executes every step of content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and posting, for social media campaigns that align with client objectives and increase brand awareness. • Build or assist in building social media calendars. • Upload and schedule social media posts monthly. • Analyze, monitor, and communicate social media trends. • Works under general supervision of the Creative Director while coordinating projects for clients. • Independently manage special projects and tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing. • Use a personal device when needed to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication. • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position. • Associate degree or equivalent experience. • Prior experience with social media and marketing campaigns with a portfolio to show. • Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
