We help our clients grow personal brands and drive high-quality leads to their businesses. One of our flagship services is X + LinkedIn Content Creation, where we produce high-quality posts that match each client’s unique voice. We’re looking for a skilled Content Manager who will be responsible for conducting client Content Recordings and transforming them into daily posts for X and LinkedIn. This is a creative, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with business owners to bring their ideas and experiences to life on social media. Responsibilities Content Recordings • Host monthly interview-style Content Recordings with assigned clients to extract stories, insights, and ideas for posts • Follow a proven question framework to capture authentic, on-brand material • Ask probing follow-up questions to uncover unique client experiences and perspectives Content Creation • Turn Content Recordings into high-quality, engaging X and LinkedIn posts • Ensure every post aligns with the client’s voice, tone, and brand guidelines • Incorporate storytelling, personal anecdotes, and value-driven insights into content • Prepare posts in advance so they’re ready for scheduling Content Quality Control • Review every post for grammar, clarity, and flow • Make unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied • Adapt content based on client feedback to ensure ongoing alignment Requirements • 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media content creation • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to guide and engage clients in conversation • Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, storytelling, and audience engagement • Ability to adapt voice and tone for different clients and industries • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment Benefits • Fully remote • Work directly with inspiring founders and business owners • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling content agency • Direct collaboration with a high-performing, creative team • Clear processes and frameworks to make your work easier and more impactful If you like what you see, scroll up to apply today!
