About the Role & Team Disney's Sales Integration team is seeking a Contract Coordinator! In this role, you will support the Ticket Programs & Contracting functions for the Domestic and International sales channels who represent Walt Disney World (WDW), Disneyland Resort (DLR), and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa. This role reports to the Domestic Sales Ticket Program & Contracting Manager. What You Will Do • Coordinate and communicate updates regarding executed, modified, and newly established agreements to internal stakeholders. • Maintain and update the contract database to ensure accuracy and timeliness; generate and distribute weekly Contract Status Reports. • Manage the client notification process for newly launched or updated products. • Administer User ID and password setup for clients and Sales Cast on the Disney Destinations Product website. • Create SAP account numbers for new clients. • Oversee the Yellow Pass Ticket Program and ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is current and followed. • Support with IP approvals and marketing guideline documentation • Execute ad-hoc projects in support of the team’s operational and strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills • Knowledge and proficiency with Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Attention to detail and accuracy • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field • Applied work experience in SAP Additional Information Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
