Senior Veeva Admin USA (Remote – PST Time Zone) Long Term Contract Skills req: Senior Veeva Admin – Veeva RIM / QMS – Configuration and Functional knowledge Role Overview • We are seeking an experienced Senior Veeva Administrator with deep expertise in Veeva RIM Suite and Veeva QMS systems. The ideal candidate will lead both business and technical workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design innovative solutions for complex business challenges within the Life Sciences domain. Key Responsibilities • System Administration & Configuration: Manage and maintain Veeva RIM and Veeva QMS environments, configure workflows, security roles, document types, and metadata, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Ability to implement Validation Rules , Action Layouts and apply required security configuration to restricts user as per business requirements. • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions within Veeva platforms, and drive system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, provide expert guidance on best practices for Veeva applications, and conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users. • Problem Solving & Innovation: Analyze complex business processes and propose optimized solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution, and stay updated on Veeva product releases and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Veeva RIM Suite (Regulatory Information Management) and strong knowledge of Veeva QMS (Quality Management System). Familiarity with Veeva Vault architecture and API integrations. • Veeva Security setup , security profile, security groups , DAC records , application roles and permissions sets. • Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong documentation and presentation capabilities. • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Life Sciences IT or related domain, with at least 3+ years hands-on experience with Veeva platforms. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Veeva Vault migration projects, VEEVA RIM SUITE implementation • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GxP, FDA, EMA). • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
