Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist - Contract to Hire
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to audit, test, and improve our marketing funnels — particularly webinar registration, lead generation, and checkout pages. Your role will be to analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and systematically increase conversion rates across the entire funnel. Responsibilities Audit existing funnels and webinar registration flows to identify drop-off points and friction areas. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages, CTAs, form layouts, headlines, and messaging. Analyze funnel data and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, bounce rate, cost per lead, etc.). Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager to understand user behavior and make data-backed recommendations. Collaborate with design, copywriting, and paid media teams to implement and launch high-performing variations. Build reports and dashboards summarizing results, insights, and next steps. Continuously test and iterate to improve webinar registration rates, lead-to-call conversions, and checkout completion. Requirements 2+ years of experience in conversion optimization, funnel strategy, or growth marketing. Proven record of improving conversion rates in digital funnels (preferably webinars, quizzes, or online course offers). Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, etc.). Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). Understanding of UX, consumer psychology, and paid ad traffic behavior. Excellent attention to detail, data interpretation, and communication skills. Bonus: Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Webflow, or Kajabi. Apply tot his job
