Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist for Shopify

We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to review and improve our Shopify store with the goal of increasing our conversion rate and overall sales performance. You will be responsible not only for identifying opportunities and advising on changes, but also for implementing these optimizations directly in Shopify. About Us We operate several growing e-commerce brands, selling consumer products across the Netherlands, Belgium, and rest of Europe. Our websites are built on Shopify, and we are focused on improving user experience, trust, and conversions to maximize our growth. Responsibilities: - Conduct a full audit of our Shopify store to identify conversion bottlenecks. - Analyze visitor behavior, store data, and user flow. - Develop actionable recommendations to improve conversion rate, cart completion, and average order value. - Implement design, layout, and content changes directly in Shopify. - A/B test and monitor performance improvements. - Provide a short report with before-and-after results and further improvement suggestions. Requirements: - Proven experience with CRO for Shopify websites. - Strong understanding of e-commerce UX/UI principles. - Ability to analyze data from tools like arenaflex Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or Hotjar. - Experience with A/B testing and Shopify theme customization. - Ability to both strategize and execute changes. - Strong communication and reporting skills in English. Bonus Points For: - Experience with e-commerce in the home & lifestyle niche. - Knowledge of international markets (NL/BE/DE). - Knowledge of Dutch Language Project Scope: - Initial one-time project for a full CRO audit and implementation. - Possibility for long-term collaboration based on performance and results.
