Capitol Services is a leading provider of services to legal and financial professionals nationwide, seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. The role involves processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval, ensuring effective communication and maintaining accurate records throughout transactions. Responsibilities Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing Skills Strong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments. You have a strong attention to detail and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency when processing orders to completion Excellent communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You communicate in both a professional and friendly manner with coworkers, correspondents, and others Adaptable: You are eager to use new tools and learn new processes and technologies. You can adapt to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. You have strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise Coachable: You have the ability to retain and implement instruction and training. You are open to learn and navigate our current processes and systems. You are not afraid to ask questions Positive attitude: You demonstrate a positive attitude.
