Responsibilities • Oversee the corporate responsibility strategy and planning process against public targets. • Lead the annual CR strategy process, requiring senior CRLT engagement. • Manage effectiveness reviews of annual strategy process, securing feedback from stakeholders. • Oversee cross-functional working groups on enterprise-wide sustainability priorities. • Develop and maintain SOPs covering all standing strategy processes and tools. • Lead creation of agenda for the quarterly CR Committee of the Board meetings. • Coordinate daily CRLT meeting agendas and materials. • Lead development of materials for quarterly CR team meetings. • Oversee research on emerging industry expectations. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of corporate responsibility or sustainability team experience. • Strong project management experience required. • Experience managing strategy deliverables is ideal. • Must have experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders. • Education: B.S. / B.A. or M.S. in business administration or similar discipline. • Consistently delivers accurate materials on time. • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships. • Strong project management and executive-level presentation skills.
