Shift Technology is seeking a Manager, Creative & Content Operations to power the processes, systems, and structure behind our global marketing engine. In this role, you’ll plan and prioritize creative resources, manage creative projects from conception to delivery, and develop operational strategies that balance efficiency and impact. You’ll also play a key role in content planning and publishing, ensuring the excellence of our external content hub. As the leader and primary owner of these functions, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our brand consistently shines as the leading AI partner to insurers. Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end production of all creative projects across digital, print, motion, and web design. • Forecast and prioritize creative resource needs in order to plan production and delivery timelines, as well as make recommendations on staffing and budget needs. • Evolve operational processes for creative production, workflows, and best practices to improve visibility, efficiency, and ensure brand excellence. • Coordinate the delivery of Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing needs for key initiatives, including brand campaigns, product launches, and events. • Manage publishing for Shift’s external content hub, maintaining standards and best practices to ensure consistency and brand adherence. • Lead content planning sessions, coordinating global marketing teams across Field, Product, and Brand Marketing teams. • Monitor and report on content performance across discovery channels, including organic search and GenAI referral traffic, documenting best practices and making recommendations to enhance impact. • Serve as day-to-day lead for a large-scale website redesign project, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.
