Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM Pacific Time (PDT UTC-7), this position requires individuals to be available for meetings and duties during this window. We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our UX/UI design team. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of our projects, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities: • Lead the creative direction of our UX/UI design projects, from concept to delivery • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision for their projects • Develop creative strategies and concepts that meet our clients' objectives and provide the best user experience • Manage a team of designers and provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring to help them grow their skills and deliver high-quality work • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and apply them to our projects • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard • Work closely with our project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role • A strong portfolio of successful projects that demonstrate your creative and strategic thinking • Experience working with a range of clients across different industries and sectors • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver their best work • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, digital media, or communication design If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and UX/UI design, and have the skills and experience required to lead a talented team of designers, we would love to hear from you.
