Creative Strategist (Remote – Philippines or Mexico)
We are looking for a highly creative and organized Creative Strategist to join the team at Socialyte! This is a fully remote role where you will be the engine behind our clients' content success—from trend research to final quality control. We are specifically looking for candidates based in the Philippines or Mexico ( preferred but not required). Please only apply if you are located in these regions We offer a hybrid pay model that rewards your output: • Guaranteed Base Pay: ₱6,224.87 PHP Strategy Bonus: +₱8,892 PHP for every client strategy completed You’ll be responsible for turning trends into actionable strategies. Key tasks include: • Strategy & Ideation: Building full client strategies and monthly content calendars. • Creative Execution: Writing scripts, creating detailed shot lists, and developing creative assets. • Trend Research: Staying ahead of the curve on TikTok, Instagram, and Reels. • Production Support: Assisting with shoot logistics and organizing files. • Quality Control: Reviewing video content to ensure it meets our high standards before delivery. • Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication is a must. • Platform Native: You live and breathe social media trends. • Detail-Oriented: You love structured workflows and keeping files organized. • Experienced: Previous experience in content strategy or social media planning is a major plus.
