CRM Analyst - Reactivations at Baires Dev We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50M/year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big pl us).You will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility, revenue-generating campaigns that deliver important value for the company. You will work in a team that is a top priority for our CEO and CMO, receiving plenty of support and resources. You will work in a highly dynamic remote environment with a team of remarkable and talented peo ple. What You'l l Do: - Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue gener ation.- Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue-generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, trig gers).- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what's working and what's not wo rking.- Research and share best practices to improve campaign perfor mance.- QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error-free launch t arget.- Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple prior ities.- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solu tions.- Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integr ation. What we are looki ng for: - 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Ma rketing.- 2+ years of B2B exp erience.- 2+ years of Email Marketing exp erience.- Experience working for US companies (Plus).- Advanced level of English.
