CRM Executive (Norwegian speaking)

You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement and retention initiatives within the iGaming sector. This role is vital in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless and engaging gaming experience. Tasks • Monitoring the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and 3rd party data sources to constantly identify new marketing opportunities and/or potential threats. • Proactively bringing up proposals for new activities, tests, new channels, and ways of working are key success criteria for this role. • Analysing customer data to segment the player base effectively and target specific player groups with personalised communication. • Creating and managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys to deliver relevant and timely content to players. • Oversee loyalty programs and promotions to incentivize player activity and increase customer lifetime value. • Managing communication across various channels, including SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement. • Analysing player behaviour, campaign performance, and ROI to continually refine CRM strategies and recommend improvements. • Conducting A/B tests to optimise content and communication strategies and iterate based on the results. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment on CRM initiatives. • Ensuring all CRM activities comply with industry regulations and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience in CRM or campaigns management in the iGaming industry • Strong experience with Norwegian market (casino focus) • Strong communication skills • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools (Smartico - an advantage) • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and personalized content • A deep understanding of iGaming customer behavior and trends (an advantage) • Knowledge of industry regulations and responsible gaming practices • Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving KPIs and targets • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits • Competitive salary synonymous with skills and experience • Opportunity to make a real impact in a developing organization • Consultancy contract within EU on a full time basis with 25 days PTO • or employment contract if you are based in Bulgaria, Hungary or Malta Apply tot his job
