CRM Salesforce Consultant
About the position About the Role A Snapshot of Your Day Your day-to-day tasks will be to communicate with business stakeholders to gain a better understanding of their needs and to define the requirements. You'll be responsible for sales and CRM related solutions within Siemens Energy, including development as well as architectural topics and project leading. Your main focus is based on the Salesforce.com platform How You'll Make an Impact Responsibilities • Lead technical implementation on salesforce topics • Maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, such as business representatives, external vendors and internal partners • Contribute within our salesforce architecture group • Support internal business units with their requirements and user stories • Promote cross-organizational collaboration • Deliver projects on time and within budget Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree preferred • 8+ years of experience as a salesforce developer or solution architecture preferably utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. • Proven interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in working in an international, intercultural environment. Proven delivery experience across multiple countries and locations • Salesforce Admin Certification is required. • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. Nice-to-haves • Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus, background in Business analysis or Project Management is beneficial.
