CRM Tool Evaluation, Implementation, and Data Visualization Expert Needed
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assist in evaluating and implementing a CRM tool tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of CRM systems and experience in data visualization for executive reporting. Your expertise will help streamline our data processes and enhance stakeholder insights. We’re looking for someone who can deliver actionable recommendations and support the setup of the chosen CRM tool effectively. Objectives: Recommend a tool or combination of tools to track merchant account health, onboarding progress, subscription retention (90–180 days), GMV/MGMV trends, and engagement metrics. Ensure the solution allows proactive intervention without prohibitive costs. Support implementation and adoption for a team of 12 agents, with scalability for future growth. Key Requirements: CRM & 360° Account View Unified view of each merchant including contact details, subscription plan, onboarding milestones, order history, engagement events, and support interactions. Data Integration Pull data directly from Metabase or similar sources, including store info, orders, revenue metrics, and subscription data. Dashboarding & Visualization Create executive dashboards showing GMV, MGMV, subscriptions, churn risk, drop-offs, and engagement metrics. Filtering & Alerts Ability to segment merchants by ARPU, commission revenue, subscription status, onboarding stage, and trigger proactive notifications. Deal & Pipeline Management Track ownership, deal stage, handovers, and progress across Sales and Customer Success teams. Collaboration & Workflow Support smooth handovers between teams, task assignments, and internal notes. Scalability & Ease of Adoption Minimal training required, intuitive interface, and scalable as the team and merchant base grow. Deliverables: Tool evaluation report with pros, cons, and cost analysis. Recommended solution(s) with implementation plan. Configured dashboards, workflows, and alerts for the team.
