WCIB Operations is expanding within our Custody Operations Settlements group, and we’re looking for innovative, driven professionals who thrive on problem-solving and thinking outside the box. What You’ll Do • Design and build operational processes from scratch • Collaborate on projects that drive efficiency and innovation • Create clear procedures to support business growth • Solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment • Manage transactions and ensure accuracy over time Location: 3 days in Saint Paul, West Side Flats location; 2 days remote Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2-4 years of experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Custody Operations Analyst 1 Basic Qualifications • Two years or more of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience • Bachelors degree • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment • Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills • Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel Pay range: $65,000 - $70,000 Custody Operations Analyst 2 Basic Qualifications • Three years or more of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience • Bachelors degree • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment • Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills • Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel Pay range: $72,000 - $77,000 This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
