About the Role As a Customer Care Representative for blithequark Pharmacy, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert assistance and support via phone, email, and web interactions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer queries, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical expertise is required. Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Address customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and shipping needs, providing clear and concise information. Offer technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring a smooth user experience. Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and driving long-term loyalty. Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older). 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Proven multitasking abilities with phone and computer skills. Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Background in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and practices. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
