About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Under general supervision, you'll be responsible for a range of key functions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert support via email, phone, and other channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients. Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status. Utilize blithequark's proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity. Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards to ensure productivity and quality. Achieve production and quality goals, with a focus on continuous improvement. Adhere to all blithequark policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field; OR a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years' experience in a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses. Proficiency in operating a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier. Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents. Familiarity with various state DMV forms and their usage by blithequark. Experience with blithequark's proprietary software (or similar systems).
