As a Customer Experience Ambassador – Front Office Operations, you'll be part of a team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and is dedicated to exceeding expectations in every interaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Ambassador – Front Office Operations, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests * Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations * Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our resort, services, and amenities * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred * Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments * Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge about our resort, services, and amenities * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a front office or hospitality environment * Knowledge of resort operations and guest services * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Japanese speaking a plus) * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or hospitality (e.g. Certified Guest Service Professional) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong knowledge of resort operations and guest services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
