With a focus on innovation, compassion, and exceptional service, we're taking the industry by storm and setting a new standard for excellence. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Account Representative on the Mom & Baby team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a wealth of resources dedicated to providing exceptional care to new and expectant mothers. Our team is passionate about delivering personalized support and guidance to help our customers navigate the complexities of insurance, equipment, and lactation support services. **Your Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes * Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment * Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs and providing personalized recommendations * Presenting arenaflex's services and benefits to customers, highlighting the value of our products and support * Handling inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales opportunities * Conducting outbound phone calls and emails to engage with customers and provide exceptional service * Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction * Communicating with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, ensuring accurate fit and functionality * Promptly following up on services promised or rendered, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Processing documentation, including verification of insurance, to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes * Entering orders and maintaining data, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment * Performing other duties as assigned, including maintaining knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies **Skills for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional care to new and expectant mothers * Ability to handle high call volumes, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivation, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, to drive results and exceed customer expectations * Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues * Self-discipline, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Ability to multi-task and research, to quickly find solutions and resolve customer issues * Willingness to work in a high-stress environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction * Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction * Sensitivity to patient care issues, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines * Ability to maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred * Microsoft Office computer skills, with experience in customer service software and systems * 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction **Perks and Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive pay, with a starting rate of $18 an hour * Comprehensive health plans, including FSA and HSA options, dental, and vision insurance * Optional life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parents and 4 weeks of leave for non-birthing parents * Additional parental benefits, including fertility stipends, free diapers, and breast pumps * Paid holidays, PTO accrual from day one, and employee assistance programs * A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're proud of our commitment to our employees and our community.
