Your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support to customers via telephone and/or Internet, including instant message, email, or other digital channels. * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment. * Escalating more technical product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support department. * Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries. * Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the issue, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems. * Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues. * Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information. * Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. * Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. * Other related duties assigned as needed. **Qualifications and Requirements** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
