About the position RAMI is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator (Remote) to support daily customer and internal operations. This role focuses on coordinating order activity, maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations teams, and ensuring timely communication across departments. This is a professional operations support role, not a call-center position.
