About the Role As a Customer Order Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of certified treatment sites, providing expert support and guidance on CAR-T treatment orders and logistics. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the high standards of service that our clients expect. You'll work closely with treatment sites, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve issues, provide proactive support, and drive operational improvements. Key Responsibilities • Order and Case Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned treatment sites, fielding and responding to inquiries regarding the cilta-cel treatment ordering process and associated logistics. • Issue Resolution: Provide expert support to treatment sites, resolving complex issues and addressing special needs in a timely and effective manner. • Proactive Support: Proactively monitor treatment orders, identify potential concerns, and collaborate with treatment sites to resolve issues and prevent problems. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate activities, build partnerships, and drive operational improvements. • Site Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with internal colleagues to monitor site performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the end-to-end order management journey. • Site Education and Certification: Provide educational materials and support to treatment sites, ensuring they're equipped to navigate the end-to-end order fulfillment process for cilta-cel therapy. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: • Education: An Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree. • Work Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a mix of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, clinical trial coordination, customer service, and/or finance. • Oncology, CAR-T, or Cell & Gene Therapy Experience: Prior experience in these areas is highly desirable. • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, defuse difficult situations, and work effectively in a team environment. • Problem-solving and Resourcefulness: Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and resolve complex issues. • Accountability and Flexibility: Demonstrates excellent case management skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries and adapting to changing circumstances. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: • Experience with Order Management Systems: Familiarity with order management systems and logistics processes. • Clinical Trial Coordination: Experience in clinical trial coordination or site management. • Manufacturing or Supply Chain Experience: Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
