Key Responsibilities Call prospects to schedule appointments and build relationships with potential clients Prepare quotes with upline and carriers, and present quotes to clients in a clear and concise manner Assist clients with the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience Consult openly and honestly with mentors and leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives Maintain healthy relationships with clients, carriers, and leaders, and follow applications through to approval Attend daily/weekly conference calls and meetings with mentors to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Learn and implement our proven sales system for maximum profitability, and continuously improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and currently living and authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a State-Approved Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one Coachable and willing to listen to and implement advice given from Mentors and Leaders Strong work ethic and willingness to grow both personally and professionally Positive attitude and strong moral compass Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the life insurance industry or financial services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in technology and able to learn new systems and software Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to build relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Symmetry Financial Group, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
