Our team members are the heart of our business, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark Store, you will be responsible for: * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested * Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers **Training & Personal Development** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark Store, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
