Your Role as a Customer Service Associate As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your typical day will involve: Handling 40-50 inbound and outbound calls per day, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Promoting blithequark customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, to enhance the customer experience and improve overall satisfaction. Working with customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing support and guidance to help them get back on track. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need: 6 months or more of customer service experience : You'll need a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients. 6 months or more of call center experience : Experience working in a call center environment is essential, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in the mortgage industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of customer service software and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Schedule and Environment As a remote Customer Service Associate, you'll work a schedule that aligns with our business hours: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 8pm Friday: 7am - 7pm Saturday: 8am - 12pm You'll need to reside within 60 miles of our Longview, Texas office location.
