Job Overview As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare), you'll work from home and be responsible for providing customer service support, enrolling customers in mail-order pharmacy programs, and educating customers on cost-saving benefits. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring they have an authentic and positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Enroll existing client customers in mail-order pharmacy programs Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits and promote our services Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences and resolve any issues promptly Utilize sales rebuttals to address customer concerns and drive sales growth Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be able to use sales rebuttals effectively and have a passion for helping others. Our ideal candidate will have: At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience A High School diploma or equivalent The ability to type 20 WPM Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets Preferred Qualifications While not required, having experience in the healthcare industry or a related field can be beneficial. Additionally, having a background in sales or customer service in a similar environment can be an asset.
