Our award-winning Customer Service Team is the backbone of our operation, and we're looking for talented leaders like you to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a team of 8-16 specialists/friends at various skill levels, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet customer service standards * Supervising specialists answering calls and emails from customers seeking help with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, refunds, and transport status * Providing exceptional training and coaching to help specialists/friends meet customer needs and achieve performance goals * Supporting the professional growth of specialists/friends through regular feedback and development conversations * Conducting aspect-by-aspect observations and quality assurance (name monitoring) reviews to ensure high-quality customer service * Monitoring queue efficiencies to ensure timely outreach to customers and follow-up when necessary * Analyzing trends based on historical data to close performance gaps * Supporting special projects or tasks with the management team * Making recommendations and/or taking corrective actions to manage performance as needed * Working closely with Human Resources and Senior Leadership to address and resolve employee issues * Effectively interviewing and advising applicants for hire * Responding professionally and courteously to escalated customer support inquiries, requests, or proceedings to achieve a positive resolution **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced environments * Proven ability to close performance gaps * Ability to navigate multiple software packages and technology simultaneously * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Proven ability to provide timely and relevant feedback in fast-moving and complex environments * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment * Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools * Experience with quality assurance and performance metrics * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
