Job Summary As a Customer Service Remote Agent with Nationwide Inbound Inc., you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop strong customer service and sales skills, and enhance your written and verbal communication skills. This is an ideal part-time or seasonal position for college students, with flexible scheduling and the potential to continue working remotely after returning to school. You'll be able to manage large amounts of incoming calls, schedule appointments for home repair companies, and build sustainable relationships with customers.
